The Recipe:
4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or
canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too).
Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and
then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350
degrees for 1 hour.
Family reaction: Good, but needs something. Little one ate so much that we will definitely make it again.
Rating:4/5 - it needed some tweaks. Less butter and add in a full onion for flavor.
Will we make this again? I probably will just because of the easy factor. I may tweak it a bit, maybe not so much butter or something. It was so simple that I think it'll be good to hang onto for after people forget about our family and the new baby (not actually, but you know what I mean).
