Freezer Meals - again

Once in awhile I want to make some freezer meals for my family. I may be a little strange, but these consist of hot pockets for me. They don't take up much space and are super easy to make!

I always start by setting out my ingredients. I use rhodes rolls dough and let it thaw, cook all the chicken/veggies, then start an assembly line.

Roll out the dough and put in filling. Be sure to not get too close to the edge - although it's not that big of a deal. Then I put another piece of dough on the top and squeeze them together.  I even made a half sized portion (only one dough) for my daughter.

Here's a small hint - put a small spread of butter (tiny bit) on the top for that pretty brown color. Also, poke a few holes in the tops so that they don't expand too much.

Bake at 350 for about 10ish minutes until golden brown.

After these cool off be sure to mark your freezer bags and put them in. I usually pack 2/bag b/c that's how many my husband eats.

I made 3 different kinds.

- Chicken w/ cream of chicken and veggies
- BBQ sauce with chicken (and green onion.. didn't know what else to put in)
- pepperoni pizza! All you need is pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese!

My husband LOVES these and so does my daughter. I think they are pretty tasty as well. Enjoy.
